All staff interested in joining our team as a support worker should meet the following requirements:
- At least 6 months experience in community and disability services.
- Current First Aid and Medication certificates; or willing to obtain
- Working with vulnerable people check
- Should hold national police check less than 6 months old
- Working with children check.
- At least minimum qualification in Cert III in individual support or previous experience in disability work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Valid driver`s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent manual handling technique.
- Reliable and flexible.
